On newer Windows Operating Systems, such as Windows 10 and Windows 11, you may encounter the dreaded “Operating System Not Supported (Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, or Windows 7” error message while trying to install NetSpeedMonitor.

Right click the file “NetSpeedMonitor.org_2.5.4.0.msi“

Click Properties

Navigate to the Compatibility tab

Select ‘“Run the program in compatibility mode for:”

Step 5
Press “OK” and we are all done!
Launch “NetSpeedMonitor_Install.msi‘“ again, and the installation should now begin!
